Hugh Jackman has confirmed several times over that WOLVERINE 3 will be his last outing as the character he first brought to life fifteen years ago. After appearing in every X-Men film since that first one, it will be a sad day when we finally see Hugh Jackman bust out his final "snikt" in WOLVERINE 3.

Eons ago, a rumour gained prominence that Rachel McAdams was in final negotiations for the female lead in DOCTOR STRANGE; flash foward to the present day and Rachel McAdams herself has confirmed that she is indeed up for the role but that those final negotiations aren't quite as final as we were led to believe.

Earlier this month, a rumor (originating at Heroic Hollywood) arose that Rachel McAdams was a hot contender for the female lead in DOCTOR STRANGE. McAdams confirmed the veracity of this rumor to the LA Times, saying that while it’s in “super-early days” and that she doesn’t “know where that's gonna go, if it's gonna go anywhere at all,” she is indeed in talks to costar opposite Cumberbatch in Scott Derrickson’s film.
McAdams is currently kicking ass (both figuratively and literally) in this season of TRUE DETECTIVE, showing a tough grittiness she hasn’t really hinted at in her other work.
