HARTFORD — If you'd asked him before March 25, 2011, Victor Peña wouldn't have been able to tell you the name of the deadliest enemy of high school-age athletes. After that date, the day his 14-year-old son Andy died while training on a treadmill, the significance of "sudden cardiac arrest" became tragically clear.
