Seattle police are investigating how a Roosevelt house fire was ignited early Tuesday morning and believe the blaze was an arson. Fire crews were sent to the home at 2:09 a.m. near 8th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 72nd Street. An occupant of the home called 911 when smoke wafted through a second floor bedroom.
