SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A Harrisburg man has admitted emptying his grandmother's savings account of $62,000 and using much of the money for personal bills, including a settlement with his ex-wife. The Argus Leader reports (http://argusne.ws/1pKIhaN ) that 44-year-old Troy Derrick pleaded guilty Wednesday to grand theft and petty theft charges in a deal with prosecutors under which he would spend up to a year in jail.
