Without question, the biggest surprise at Thursday afternoon's San Diego Comic Con panel for Paramount Pictures was the appearance of actor Matthew McConaughey and director Christopher Nolan on the stage to talk up their sci-fi film "Interstellar". Both Comic Con virgins, the appearance was kept a surprise and both talked up the film along with premiering a world exclusive trailer for the project which included new scenes such as one showing the spaceship crew touching down on an ice planet. Nolan says he grew up fascinated by space travel and hopes a film like this will re-inspire the desire for exploration: "It’s been a time of incredible technological change but it’s more about what’s in your pocket.
