An alleged drunk driver has been charged in a fatal Seawall collision Saturday afternoon that killed a 72-year-old Humble man and injured his wife. Adrian Paul Mills of Galveston was charged Sunday morning with intoxication manslaughter and booked into the Galveston County jail on a $100,000 bond, according to a press release from the Galveston Police Department.
