BAD FORM: Linda Welch shared a story about a young panhandler who was standing in front of the McDonald’s on North Chester Avenue along with his dog. She happened to have a can of dog food in her car and handed to the man. “He looked at the can and said, ‘but lady this is dog food.’ And I said ‘yeah, and you have a dog.’ By the way, not one time did he say thanks,” she said.
