Gloria Torres is the leading candidate to replace Jay Means, who resigned from the board June 20 to focus on his responsibilities as middle school principal in Woodward. Torres, 44, oversees Oklahoma City Community College’s Capitol Hill Center, which provides adult education and job readiness programs in the heart of the city’s largest Hispanic community.Read more on NewsOK.com
