STOW: The city formally will say goodbye to summer with its annual Summer Sunset Blast this weekend.The two-evening affair — featuring an outdoor movie, concert, carnival games, festival food and fireworks — runs from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Silver Springs Park, 5238 Young Road.
