Testimony continued Tuesday morning as former Houston homicide detective Sgt. Ryan Chandler continues to challenge his firing for doing minimal or shoddy work in more than a dozen murder cases. Houston police department legal staff have indicated they expect to call HPD Chief Charles McClelland and other members of his staff to tell an independent arbitrator what actions they ordered when they learned of the problems in the elite homicide division.
