Comment on Surveillance video shows woman stealing from Augusta Family Dollar

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a black woman accused of stealing items from an area business Monday. Approximately 12:15 p.m., deputies responded to Family Dollar in the 1700 block of Walton Way, where surveillance video showed an unidentified woman taking laundry detergent and other items, according to a RCSO incident report. The suspect, whose picture was not provided, is described as 5-foot-6, 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark colored dress.
