A former Clearfield High School teacher accused of forcing a sexual encounter with a 17-year-old student has resolved her criminal case. Gaile Kristine Supp, 25, entered an Alford plea last week to one count of third-degree sexual battery. With an Alford plea, a defendant does not admit guilt but concedes enough evidence exists to likely secure a conviction at trial.
