KENDALL, Wis. (AP) — Animal welfare workers have removed 15 dogs and a bird from squalid conditions at a mobile home in Monroe County. WXOW-TV (http://tinyurl.com/kkr9pxl ) reports the animals were found living in feces, trash and rotting food. A search warrant was executed Thursday at the Kendall area home following an investigation by Monroe County humane officers. Authorities say the dogs include Chihuahuas and Pomeranians and show signs of neglect.
