Sale of Blue Streak to Dallas investment firm just latest in wave of aerospace deals

One of the Puget Sound region’s oldest aerospace dynasties is ending as Jack Giddens sells his Everett company that finishes metal components for Boeing. It's part of a wave of consolidation among aerospace suppliers. Giddens last week finalized the sale of Blue Streak Finishers, his Everett-based metal finishing company that is one of the region's largest, to Trive Capital of Dallas.
