NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - An attorney representing actor-comedian Tracy Morgan says it's "appalling" that Wal-Mart calls Morgan partly to blame for injuries he suffered in a New Jersey highway accident involving one of the company's trucks. Morgan filed a lawsuit over the June accident, which killed a friend accompanying the former "Saturday Night Live" and "30 Rock" star back from a show in Delaware.
