WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Wilmington Police have arrested three people after heroin with a street value of $28,000 was found in a home. Police and probation and parole officers searched the home Wednesday morning. Officers say they found 2,834 bags of heroin weighing 42.1 grams hidden in the residence. Twenty-one-year-old Zakuon Binaird, 22-year-old Kanesha Selby and 43-year-old Gwendolyn Hawkins have been charged with drug offenses.
