Associated Energy Group has leased 3,789 square feet in the Chase Bank Building at 25025 Interstate 45 North in The Woodlands. Ayman Nassar with Zenith Real Estate represented the landlord, Oryx Institutional. Ryan Dierker and John Wenckens with Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Robyn's Nest Boutique has leased 2,280 square feet in The Reserve at Cinco Ranch Shopping Center at 22167 Westheimer Parkway.
