MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) — One of college football's top running backs won't serve jail time in a Michigan theft case. Central Michigan's Thomas Rawls was sentenced Tuesday in Isabella County Trial Court to a year's probation and 104 hours of community service. The 21-year-old Flint man pleaded guilty last month to a misdemeanor charge of attempted larceny.
