A male was transported to a hospital Wednesday night after being shot in the 200 block of Campbell Way in Oxnard.The shooting was reported at 9:48 p.m., authorities said.Oxnard police said the male was conscious but that his wounds "appeared to be significant."No one had been arrested in connection with the shooting as of 10:15 p.m.Police are expected to release more information on the shooting later Wednesday night or on Thursday.Campbell Way is on the south end of town.
