KINGSTON -- The Ulster County Legislature approved an amended $7.9 million contract with its provider of jail medical services, despite an investigation by the state Attorney General into the company and concerns from the Ulster County comptroller.The Ulster County Legislature voted 20-3 to approve the amended contract with Correctional Medical Care Tuesday night.
