Oklahoma City home supply slips again

By Richard Mize, Real Estate EditorHomebuyers kept buying, while builders, through September, kept the slower-than-2013 pace they’ve maintained all year. The market skimmed another sliver off the local inventory of homes for sale. The number of homes listed for sale at the end of last month, 7,004, amounted to a 4.17-month supply, according to the Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors. That means it would take that long for the listed houses to be sold at the 12-month average of 1,680 sales per month if no more went on the market.Read more on NewsOK.com
