Stream Realty Partners and DRA Advisors, which purchased the 120,000-square-foot building in 2011, completed a major renovation to give the building a more streamlined layout and redesigned lobby. "With the increasing demand for class A office space inside the Loop, we saw an amazing opportunity to provide our tenants with a premier location and high-end amenities that has become a hallmark of Stream Realty," Adam Jackson, division partner at Stream Realty said in an announcement. Stream Realty, which handled leasing and management of the building and oversaw the renovations, provided a recap of the improvements: an extensive building and lobby redesign and upgrades; new high-speed elevator system including cabs; common corridor improvements; restroom upgrades; exterior landscaping improvements; and installation of an EMS system. Industry Capital, on behalf of an affiliated fund, has purchased the Cypress Business Center, a 103,979-square-foot property at 301-305 Wells Fargo Drive in north Houston. The property is 74 percent leased to AutoZone, DKNXT, DynaQual, Charis Bible College, Premier Safeguard and Speedy Printing & Office Supplies. Red Tail Acquisitions has purchased the Meadowglen Business Park, a 71,350-square-foot, two-building industrial project in the Westchase District near Westheimer and Hays Road. Baytown Land has purchased 2.6 acres in the 6900 block of North Main Street south of Interstate 10 in Baytown for the development of a bakery distribution and retail facility.
