Wearing a bright yellow jail uniform and sitting a wheelchair, 29-year-old Kelly Jo Ivey said little while listening to prosecutors outline the allegations against her to state District Judge Denise Collins. The prosecutor said Ivey, who was on parole after being released from prison earlier this month after being convicted of drug possession, remains under investigation until toxicology reports are completed.
