A Malaysian family is suing the government and Malaysia Airlines for negligence in the disappearance of Flight 370, in what is believed to be the first lawsuit filed in the country since the passenger jet mysteriously vanished earlier this year. The lawsuit was filed Friday with the Kuala Lumpur High Court by lawyers on behalf of the two underage sons of Jee Jing Hang, who was among the 239 people on board the plane to Beijing when it went missing, according to the Guardian.
