Oklahoma's Commissioners of the Land Office buys Robinson Renaissance building in downtown Oklahoma City

BY RICHARD MIZE, Real Estate EditorThe Commissioners of the Land Office state agency has bought its own piece of the action downtown: the 13-story Robinson Renaissance office building at 119 N Robinson Ave. The agency paid local owners $8.95 million for the 174,140-square-foot, U-shaped building, or $52 per square foot, agency Secretary Harry W.
