Federal authorities deported the 21-year-old Chinese man convicted in a fatal 2012 crash in Des Moines. Yichun Xu, a former South Puget Sound Community College student in Olympia, was arrested in November 2012 after he ran a stop sign and struck another vehicle, killing the driver and seriously hurting three passengers.
