Chalk street fest raises money for Houston children with hearing loss

Via Colori, a street painting festival that has been going on for nine years in Houston, mixes corporate sponsors with more than 200 experienced artists from around the world to raise money for children with varying degrees of hearing loss. The festival's normal two days of activities were condensed into just Sunday because of the threat of inclement weather Saturday, but organizers were still confident they would hit their typical 30,000 attendance.
