State Patrol detectives seek witnesses to a drive-by shooting on Interstate 405 Sunday morning that hit a driver in the shoulder near Renton. The shooting reportedly occurred between 2:30 and 3 a.m. in the southbound lanes. The victim told detectives he saw a white Cadillac drive past his silver Toyota Corolla after he felt a pain in his shoulder.
