The Federal Aviation Administration is pondering new rules regarding drones that could keep drone delivery out the near future for Amazon.com Inc. The Wall Street Journal reports the FAA is considering rules that would require each drone to be piloted by an individual licensed pilot, and the pilot must keep the drone in site at all times.
