LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (AP) — A top environmental official at Lake George has been suspended without pay but will keep his job following efforts to oust him from Gov. Andrew Cuomo's administration. The state Inspector General's office determined that Wick may have violated state ethics rules when he allowed a local steamboat company to cover most of the costs for a retirement party for a commissioner.
