PITTSBURGH (AP) — Overnight snow squalls and temperatures hovering at the freezing mark have turned the Pittsburgh-area's Black Friday into a black icy nightmare. Traffic backups on those roads were less than a normal Friday, because fewer people were scheduled to work, but still significant.
