Colliers International announced the sale of a 36-acre tract in the northeast quadrant of Beltway 8 and U.S. 90A in Missouri City for the development of an industrial project. Select Physical Therapy has renewed a lease for 6,644 square feet at 15311 W. Vantage Parkway. Standard Alloys & Manufacturing has leased 15,300 square feet at 1101 Howard Drive in Deer Park. Casanova Collezioni has signed a lease for the renewal of 7,336 square feet of retail space at PlazAmericas at 7500 Bellaire Blvd. Welcome Group, a single-tenant design build and build-to-suit development firm, has completed the Precision Polymer Engineering/IDEX Sealing Solutions plant in Brenham. The new 30,000-square-foot building has 3,960 square feet of office and 26,040 square feet of warehouse space on 4.9 acres in the Brenham Business Center on Blue Bell Road. Based in northern England, Precision Polymer Engineering makes O-rings and high performance compression molding components for use in the oil and gas, food, pharmaceutical and engine manufacturing industries. Kingham Dalton Wilson, a commercial and industrial construction company affiliated with Welcome Group, designed and built the project. Harmony, a master-planned community in Spring, is getting a second Primrose School Franchise owners Arlena and Don McLaughlin plan to open the early childhood education facility in the summer of 2015 at 3433 Discovery Green. Adding about 40 new jobs and$5 million in project costs, the 12,000-square-foot school will be designed to serve more than 180 children and families in the Spring area.
