DGM (Dangerous Goods Management) has purchased a 21.5-acre tract at 18727 Kenswick Drive in the Humble area from the Houston Intercontinental Trade Center. Combined, both operations will initially provide over 220,000 square feet of industrial space on 27.5 acres, most of which is concrete used for outside storage and packing large freight projects. The privately owned Houston-based real estate investment firm has acquired a 157-acre site off Katy Hockley road, just north of FM 529 in the Katy area. Newland Communities, a private developer of residential communities, has leased 10,181 square feet for a regional office at the Legacy Park office building at 10940 W.
