25,000 meals made of lentils, dehydrated vegetables, rice, and pink Himalayan salt provided by Feeding Children Everywhere, a charity that empowers and mobilizes people to assemble healthy meals for hungry children, were made by 250 Florida Power & Light employees in several shifts of 70 people on Dec. 16, 2014 will be donated to the Camillus House for distribution to food insecure families throughout Miami-Dade County.
