Lawsuits take aim at supermarket bakery labels

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Consumers in New Jersey are suing three supermarket chains, claiming their bakery good are not really made from scratch in the stores. The lawyers behind the suits are seeking class-action status and want damages of at least $100 per customers who buy products labeled "fresh baked" each week.
