Southern California Edison reported a power outage Wednesday in Oxnard. The outage was reported at 8:33 p.m. near Saviers Road and West Channel Islands Boulevard. About 2,463 customers were affected by the outage. Edison said they were analyzing the problem and have sent crews to the location.A witness said aside from a few streetlights, the area was dark near Saviers Road south of Channel Islands.
