Simi Valley school officials will vote tonight on closing Justin and Lincoln elementary schools.The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley.The Simi Valley Unified School District has proposed closing the schools to balance its budget and operate more efficiently. Both campuses also were up for closure last year, but the school board decided at that time to keep them open.
