Evacuations have been ordered Monday morning because of a five-alarm grass fire in Pacifica, authorities said. The fire was reported at 3:35 a.m. in brush and vegetation on the 1100 block of Fassler Avenue near Highway 1. Fassler is shut down between Roberts Road and Terra Nova Boulevard.
