NEW YORK (AP) — Mayor Bill de Blasio says New York City will review its storm procedures to see if anything can be done better the next time around. De Blasio said Tuesday the decision to shut down the subway system was based on all the information that was available at the time. He said erring on the side of caution to keep residents safe is "a no-brainer." De Blasio said if the storm had hit with the predicted intensity, it would have paralyzed some subway lines. He noted that there's no perfect way to predict the weather.
