The Houston Airport System announced Tuesday that the 4.5 percent increase in passenger traffic beat 2013's record of 51 million passengers in and out of Hobby and Bush Intercontinental Airports. The passenger traffic at Hobby reached an all-time high for the fifth consecutive year. "The record-setting passenger totals tell us that we're doing a good job in making sure that connection is as strong as possible," said Houston aviation director Mario Diaz in a statement.
