Rescue crews and police were responding early Wednesday to a report of a possible gunshot victim in Simi Valley.The incident was reported at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday at Crestview Elementary School in the 900 block of Crosby Avenue. Units from the Ventura County Fire Department responded and 45 minutes after the initial report were still waiting for clearance from the Simi Valley Police Department to enter the area.
