BALTIMORE (AP) — Windy weather has delayed flights at a Washington airport and prevented empty box trailers from driving on Maryland's Bay Bridge. The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for much of Maryland Friday afternoon, saying gusts could reach up to 45 mph. State transportation officials barred house trailers and empty box trailers from the Bay Bridge Friday afternoon after sustained winds of 40 to 45 mph were reports.
