By Alyce Faye Bragg CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The sky is so blue; the sunshine so bright that it looks like a summer day. However, the air is icy, and we are reminded that it is still winter, and spring feels a long way off. The very last week of January slides by and makes room for the coming of February - our shortest month and sometimes the hardest to endure.It hasn't been a bad winter at all, but it seems as we get older, winters are harder to endure.
