KINGSTON – A Kingston man wanted for parole violations was arrested Thursday after fighting with and fleeing from parole officers trying to take him into custody.Kingston city police said officers with the New York State Division of Parole located Dennis A. Church, 27, of Springbrook Village, at his residence. But when they tried to take him into custody, he fought with them and was able to break free and flee.
