Some commissioners also may have violated the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, he said. “This is what allows corruption to start to happen, if you don’t understand the basic concept of fair treatment,” said Jones, who was the only commission member to vote against the selection of NEPC last week.Read more on NewsOK.com
