Anchorage People Mover officials: No cuts to Spenard, Eagle River The city's Public Transportation Department had planned to cut a segment of Route 36 that serves the Spenard Recreation Center, as well as Route 102’s service to Peters Creek. Department officials said this week that decision has been reversed.
