The developer of the controversial Ferndale 3-60 project, a proposed mixed-use project for the downtown, will find out Monday if city officials will extend his exclusive contract with the city for another year.Developer, resident and tech entrepreneur Jake Sigal has made adjustments to his proposed development, which would include 180,000 square feet of office space and more than 100 residential units.
