By Kate White A Raleigh County man is suing the town of Sophia and its police department claiming his constitutional rights were violated and that he was subjected to excessive force, battery and was falsely arrested.Travis Lane Honaker, 43, filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Beckley, also against Sophia's town council for failing to properly train Patrolman Z.
