Two Reynoldsburg residents have been indicted on human-trafficking and other charges. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said in a release today that Thomas M. Williamson, 32, and his fiancée, Michelle N. Feldman, 29, are charged with trafficking in persons, extortion, sexual battery, grand theft, felonious assault and theft.
