Gov. Jay Inslee, saying he was writing “on behalf of Washington voters,” has told indicted State Auditor Troy Kelley that he should resign immediately. Inslee: He and indicted State Auditor Troy Kelley, both Democrats, were elected to statewide office in 2012. The Governor issued a terse statement Thursday, but e-mailed a letter Kelley late in the evening and had it hand-delivered to the State Auditor’s office on Friday morning.
